put cold water in rice and leave aside for about half a day
(alternatively pour chilled water in freshly cooked rice, if you want to go easy on the risk and fun factors)
mix posto paste with salt to taste
(may also try to make a posto bora/pakora with onion)
take an onion one green chilli
works best in a lazy summer afternoon
before the siesta

this is something i always enjoyed especially in late morning in the summers. with various variations depending on your greed and laziness. if one is not lazy, then one can pound small fried fish with green chillies and onions. eat and sleep. of course this is not a recipe for the faint hearted and also one has to de-class oneself for it. great though.
of course we dont care about 'classy' or 'fancy', that is a way of unnecesarily denying ourselves gems.

lemon is a must must with panta bhat and a slice of raw onion,actually panta works as a very good tranquilizer.
