Spanish omelette


i have become quite a pro at this -- no need to post recipe -- everybody knows-- besides it's all over the net anyway -- my tip is that you may grate the boiled potato-- makes it easier to turn.
i have made it several times recently --it is so devilishly delicious that i can't remember to take photos of this before it's gone-- this time my cousin managed to click some
